Evolve Gentle Cleansing Melt 120ml

This revised product does the job but I do miss the original and I'm afraid I can't but help compare the two. The problem is I adored the original Cleansing Melt; the way it warmed the skin as it was applied, the way it soaked into my skin and the delicious smell of it. The new product has the appearance and feel of Vaseline but soaks in well and is lighter than the original. The luxuriant smell has gone which I do miss. It is is still a good product I just feel it's lost something.....

This cleansing balm is beautiful. It's the perfect melty consistency that's between a cream and gel. You can massage the product into your face and it literally soaks up. Hot cloth to remove and make up is gone!
I think Evolve has got this transition perfectly. Well done.
I really love the vanilla coconut hint. You've got a best seller! Try it.. you won't go back to mass produced chemical cleansers.

this cleanser is amazing.
the changes to the feel of the product has made the world of difference.
it can be used as quick clean in the morning but if you desire a proper luxurious you can use it as well, spread onto your skin and massage around and OMG is it good.
the feeling that is left once you have wiped off the cleanser is amazing too. My skin looks so much better

I adore this cleanser and use it most nights, to begin with it feels like a slightly unusual texture to spread on your face but then it melts beautifully on your skin and is really easy to apply. A little is all you need. A no-fuss product which is ideal for me!
I find it perfect to remove my mascara, with my eyes closed I gently smooth it over my eyelashes with my fingertips and it quickly dissolves any make-up.
I have not found any eye soreness, stinging or blurry vision after using this cleanser (other brands I have tried have done this!).
It rinses really well and my skin has never felt tight or dry after using this cleanser, in fact my skin is very soft to touch afterwards.

This cleanser really makes your skin feel so clean and gives it a really nice flow. Great for people in cities looking to rinse away all that dirt and oil.

I love this cleanser - the texture is amazing and feels heavenly to massage on. The scent is gorgeous (it even tastes a bit sweet). Though I think it may be too heavy for my oily skin. It was good for some of the windy, cold and wet January and February evenings though when my skin needed some extra care.

I love love love this product! I was a bit nervous at first to use this since I have very acne prone skin, but it has not caused a single breakout. I've rather experienced a drastic improvement in my skin's texture and had fewer blemishes. I use this as a first step in my cleansing routine at night, followed by the Fresh Face wash that I also love. When I'm in need of a deep cleanse, I simply apply this to my face before heading to the sauna, where I give my face a nice massage - works wonders to remove blackheads! Overall, an incredible product that is well worth the price since you only need a little bit to cover your whole face. The cleansing melt also does a great job in removing even heavy-duty makeup, including waterproof mascara. Simply wonderful!

I have spent so much money over the past few months searching for a skincare range that won't irritate my skin,which after chemo turned so reactive to anything I used.
Evolve beauty is the only range I've been happy with.The gentle cleansing melt and other products I'm trying from this range haven't caused any reaction at all.
I love it and I'm so happy to have discovered it.Just ordered the full size as I don't want to be without it!

This cleanser for me is perfect. I have sensitive skin and have broken capillaries on my cheeks, so some cleaners will irritate my skin. But not this one. It is a delight to use goes on as an oil them add water and it turns into a milk. My face is left soft and moisturised. Will be re purchasing. Very happy to have found evolve.

I keep trying different natural cleansers but none are as good as this one! I like the texture of cleansing balms so this is great for me and unlike other balms this one doesn't leave an oily film on the skin. My skin feels refreshed but nourished after cleansing. I'm also finding perfect for my mature skin :)

I love using this cleanser from the delicious not overpowering smell to the way it makes my skin feel afterwards.... no tightness at all and what I really like is that you can use if all over your face including your eyes. It takes off my makeup easily with a muslin cloth(I don't wear heavy makeup though) and I love the way it goes from a gel constituency to a milky one after you use warm water on your face. I don't have a sensitive skin but want to use natural products on my skin from now on and I give a 5 star rating to all of the Evolve products I have tried so far. I'm sure I will be sticking with this range from now on, it's the best!

Having tried and tested a sample of this I figured it would also be good for shaving. Gentle cleansing melt is indeed gentle but effective in cleansing the skin without stripping it of its moisture. Guys you can shave with this also, so it's a 2 in 1 product making it great value for money whilst being a top quality product. The packaging is great and unisex and looks good on the bathroom shelf. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the texture is a little unusual and I'm not sure I like it. I prefer something a little more fluid but that really is just a minor gripe considering the efficacy of this product. Want a product free from harsh chemicals and that works? Go for this.

Having a very sensitive skin prone to allergy to chemicals found in high street cleaners, I discovered this cream soon after its launch and have been using it continuously. It cleanses face and eye makeup very easily without drying out the skin, which is left feeling refreshed and moisturised. Warmly recommended to everyone with sensitive skin.

OMG what an amazing product. The Gentle Cleansing Melt was one of my first purchase from Evolve Beauty that had me hooked on my first use. The texture is not like your usually solid balms or liquid cleanser, but a little inbetween. A little goes a long way but the magic happens when you add water after massaging the balm into your face, the cleanser turns into a milky consistency. Your skin will be left clean and supple, making you skin ready to follow up with another addition from the fantastic Evolve Beauty range.

I love the texture and the feel of this cleaner on my skin. I have been using a beauty classic hot cloth cleanser for over 15 years and was given this as a gift. I use this as my morning wake up luxury cleanser, and It honestly gets me motivated to get out of bed! I did however had to mark it down one star as it's not that great at removing my mascara, I end looking a bit panda like so I tend to use my hot cloth cleanser at night to remove makeup and this one on a morning. I highly recommend for anyone with sensitive skin or those who are very much behind natural cruelty free cosmetic products. I guarantee most of the products out there not made in the U.K. Are most likely not cruelty free unless it clearly states on the packaging.

Smells delicious and leaves skin very soft. I have sensitive skin and have had no problems with this product. I follow up with a face wash to get the last of my eye make up off.

I have used so many cleansers of all kinds over the years but this is my absolute favourite. Soft, melting balm with a delicious light gentle powdery fragrance, not in your face like some other brands. i use it as part of a double cleanse. I love it so much that i look forward to washing my face every morning and night. have repurchased and shall keep doing so.

I have been using this product for the last 6 months and it has left my skin so hydrated. I used to have a separate product for removing my make-up but this product cover it all for me. You should try it!

Lovely smell/feel/etc, but it broke me out so badly! I don't think my skin likes the coconut oil in it (capric triglyceride), but I can't be sure that's the ingredient causing me problems. I'd really hoped this would work for me because it is a lovely experience to use it, but sadly not.

My skin is older and can be sensitive. This lovely cleanser applies well and then changes to a light textured milk, washing away cleanly. Afterwards my skins feels smooth and comfortable, ready for moisturising. It's good value too as you don't need a lot to do the job.

I received a sample of this cleanser when I purchased the mask and I plan on buying the full sized version.
The cleanser can be used day or night but I personally use it for my first cleanse as part my pm routine. I love using balms and oils to remove my makeup and this cleanser does the job perfectly despite having more of a gel consistency.
The cleanser is very gentle so it can be used to remove eye makeup without making your eyes sting. Best of all it makes my skin feel super fresh, clean and soft!

This is a second time I buy this cleanser, as after the first try it quickly became my favourite cleanser! It is gentle and nourishing, while still cleans everything properly. The scent is lovely and subtle, and the consistency is perfect. You need so little of the product it lasts you a long time!

I was lucky enough to win a Natural Wellness box subscription and my first box included this cleanser. I was close to finishing my usual balm cleanser which I use after a night out to remove full face make up so I was pleased to find another natural one I could use. I am a total convert now! You don't need to use much product and it has the right amount of slip to encourage you to massage your face without being oily or sticky. The melt does what it says and melts into a milky texture when water is added and washes off easily. My skin feels clean, fresh and amazingly soft afterwards so I actually save money by not having to use so many serum or night cream products after use.

I absolutely love this cleansing melt. It smells divine and my skin loves it. My cleansing routine is a pleasure. I am totally in love with this brand and am slowly introducing more of their products to my routine. The service is excellent too. Happy days!!!
