Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery options

• Royal Mail 48 — tracked delivery, typically arriving within 2–3 working days from dispatch.
• Evri — tracked delivery, typically arriving within 2–4 working days from dispatch.

Estimated delivery times are provided by our couriers and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays can occur, particularly during busy periods or adverse weather.

Delivery costs

• Orders over £25: free delivery, sent via [Royal Mail 48 / Evri — specify if you choose by order or let the customer choose at checkout].
• Orders under £25: shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Dispatch times

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of purchase, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Order tracking

A tracking link will be included in your dispatch confirmation email so you can follow your parcel's progress.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@abevo.co.uk and we'll look into it with the courier on your behalf.
